Honor an Awesome Woman Recognition

Honor a student, staff, or faculty member as an Awesome Woman via this Google Form! The form will prompt you to write a few kind words honoring a student, staff, or faculty member. After your recognition is received, the Office of Campus Activities will deliver your kind words to the honoree along with a personalized graphic. Please assist us in honoring the amazing women in our lives!

  • March 1: "Women's Ministry Breakfast & Study on the Feminine Genius" hosted by Campus Ministry at 8 am in Caldwell Auditorium 
    • Join other women on campus for bagels, coffee, fruit, and a Bible study on the Feminine Genius. Drop-ins are welcome, and the small-group discussions make it meaningful and personal. 
  • March 5: "Spill the Tea" hosted by IGNITE at 8 pm in Pryzbyla 327
    • IGNITE invites students to listen to Dr. Adair speak about her career in the intelligence services and the history of women in the sphere, all while enjoying Olive Garden!
  • March 7: "Out of the Shadows: Celebrating Women in the Arts Interdisciplinary Showcase" hosted by the Department of Art & Department of Drama starting at 7 pm in Ward Recital Hall.

  • March 19: "Women's History Month SaniTea Chat" hosted by HerCampus CUA at 8 pm in Hannan 105
  • March 20: "Women in the CIA" with speaker guest Dr. Bianca Adair, Director of the Intelligence Studies Program. This event will be hosted by IGNITE at 5 pm in Pryzbyla Great Room C.
  • March 22: "Women's Ministry Breakfast & Study on the Feminine Genius" hosted by Campus Ministry at 8 am in Caldwell Auditorium

  • March 23: "National Museum of Women in the Arts Trip" hosted by HerCampus. The group will be meeting at the Brookland-CUA metro stop benches at 10:30 am.
    • Celebrate Women's History Month and join Her Campus CUA by visiting the National Museum of Women in the Arts!
  • March 25: "Campus Wide Candle-lit Stations of the Cross: Women's Ministry" hosted by Campus Ministry from 8:30 - 9:30 starting outside of St. Vincent's
